My collaboration with Tim West continues our science driven graphic series. Inspired by the counter-cultural Whole Earth Catalog and its do-it-yourself ethos,  we offer a set of world-building tools for those who wish to imagine—or construct—a better world.

The Toroidal Universe theory envisions the cosmos as a four-dimensional torus — a self-contained, continuous geometry in which spacetime curves back upon itself. Within this horn-shaped topology, the universe funnels inward through a vortex and then expands outward again, in a perpetual cycle of creation and dissolution.
